After many years of sport activity I felt the need to approach the Oriental Philosophy in order to find my inner peace, moving closer to a style of life free from tight schedule, suffocating rhythms and a pressing social life, this is were I started my Yoga journey.

I started practicing regularly Ashtanga Yoga in Milan at the Kriya Yoga Ashram and then finally decided to become a Yoga certified teacher under the lead of my master instructor Rino Siniscalchi at Ananda Ashram School.

During these years of intensive training I became fond of Patrick Tomatis’s Theory, President of National Yoga Teacher Federation of France and of Dr. M. V. Bohle studies on Yoga Therapy and on the importance of Scientific Research in Yoga.

His studies focus on breathing awareness and becoming more conscious of the spine, this reduces physical tensions, emotional and mental imbalance. Breathing techniques can help you restore and soothe many physical symptoms.

I keep participating to seminars and workshops because committing to continuous updating ensures professional responsibility.

I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher for Kids "mini yogis" with Shana Meyerson www.miniyogis.com. I teach kids from 3 to 11 years and from 11 to 16 years.

I obtained the first and second Reki degree the powerful Japanese healing technique, the best thing I could do it’s really transforming my life. I am also a certified AntiGravity® instructor an aerial suspension technique that combines Yoga, Dance, Pilates and Gymnastics.

I totally believe that being passive is not constructive and doesn’t allow us to comprehend the true essence of life, the more we keep moving, keep enquiring and try to better oneself the more we appreciate life. Our aim is to love and to grow constantly.

Yoga is not an exercise form…
The word “yoga” means union hence union between individual soul and Universal soul.

The constant practice of Yoga activates the chakras (centers of energy), thereby raises the Kundalini (dominant spiritual power). This consequently helps body purification and increases mind and body health.

My yoga aims to balance mind and body via physical poses (Asanas), exact posture, proper spinal alignment (focusing on proper alignment can improve health and quality of life), correct controlled breathing (Pranayama) to reach to relaxation and meditation, an amazing technique to bring a clear mind and a state of inner peace.

private lessons
By appointment I offer private classes of: Yoga for mini yogis, Hatha yoga, Power yoga, Antigravity, 5 Tibetan Rites, Meditation and Reiki.

The classes normally take up one hour and they can occur in your homes or in my studio.

When I work one on one I feel very fullfilled because I am able to help you experiencing the benefits of the discipline in a safe and personal way.

Private sessions can help you deepen your practice, gain confidence, answer questions and provide guidance.

Open to everyone, mats and other equipment are available in my studio, please wear comfortable workout clothing, and bring a sweater for meditation.
